Educational Qualification:

• The applicant applying for the post of clerk must be a graduate from any recognized university .(or)

• The applicant /candidate must have secured 50% of aggregate marks in 10^th,+2 (12^th Standard Board examination) or equivalent examination. (or)

• The candidate must have computer knowledge. More preference will be given for candidates having knowledge in computer.

• The applicant must have secured 60% aggregate marks in matriculation or in senior school certificate or any equivalent education.(or)

• The applicant should have done Diplomo in Banking recognized by central/state governments or union territories.
• The candidate must have good knowledge in Hindi and English(compulsory).

Himachal Gramin Bank Selection Process:

The selection process for the post of clerk starts with written test.

Written Test Details: The written examination will contain the following sections,

1. Objective Test:

• Reasoning Ability -50 Questions-50 marks
• Numerical Ability-50 questions-50 marks
• Cleircal Aptitude-50 Questions-50 marks

The duration of objective test is 120 minutes. Total marks allotted for Objective test is 150 marks.

2. English Language Test -50 questions -50 marks- Duration(30 Minutes).

• The candidate must obtain 35% marks in each test.

Himachal Gramin Bank clerk Written Examination Centre Details:

The written examination for clerk cum cashier will commence on 17^th January 2010 in the following centers,

• Centre code 12 – Dharmashala
• Centre code 13 – Shimla
