UPSC Civil Service (Preliminary) Examination, 2010 NEW

Date of Notification/Last date for receipt of applications: 2.1.2010 - 01/02/2010
Date of Commencement of examination and its duration: 23rd May , 2010 (One day)
Minimum academic qualifications prescribed: A degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
Age Limits: 21-30 years as on 01.08.2010
Remarks: Candidates appearing at the degree examination also eligible to compete subject to certain conditions.

National Defence Academy & Naval Academy Examination (1), 2010 NEW
Date of Notification/Last date for receipt of applications: 18th October 2009/ 16th November, 2009
Date of Commencement of examination and its duration: 18th April 2010 (One day)
Minimum academic qualifications prescribed:
(i) For Army Wing of National Defence Academy: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
(ii) For Air Force and Naval Wings of NDA and for 10+2 (Executive Branch) Course at Naval Academy: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
Age Limits: 16 ½ - 19 years -
Only unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January 1992 and not later than 1st July, 1994 are eligible".
Remarks: Candidates appearing at the 12th Class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination also eligible to compete subject to certain conditions. Details

Combined Defence Services Examination, 2010

Date of Commencement of examination and its duration: 15.02.2010 (One day)
Minimum academic qualifications prescribed:
(i) For IMA and OTA: Degree of a recognised University or equivalent.
(ii) For Naval Academy: B.Sc. (with Physics & Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.
(iii) For Air Force Academy: Degree of a recognised University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.

UPSC Combined Medical Services Examination, 2010
Date of Notification/Last date for receipt of applications: 06.09.2009/05.10.2009
Date of Commencement of examination and its duration: 17.01.2010 (One day)
Minimum academic qualifications prescribed: M.B.B.S. Degree
Age Limits: Below 32 years as on 01.01.2010
Remarks: Candidates appearing at the final M.B.B.S. Examination also eligible to compete subject to certain conditions. Selected candidates will be appointed only after they have completed compulsory rotating internship. >> Details
